You can query the certificate number of securities practitioners' qualification certificates by logging in to official website (/) of China Securities Industry Association, click "Examination Results Query" in the "Practitioners" section, select the unified examination results query of securities practitioners' qualifications (print certificate results), enter the corresponding certificate number, password and verification code, wait, and click "Download and print by yourself" to get the certificate number.
China's securities industry implements the qualification management system for securities practitioners, and China Securities Association conducts qualification management for securities practitioners under the guidance and supervision of China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Professionals engaged in securities business in securities companies, fund management companies, fund custody institutions, fund sales institutions, securities investment consulting institutions, securities credit evaluation institutions and other institutions engaged in securities business recognized by the China Securities Regulatory Commission must obtain practice certificates on the basis of obtaining professional qualifications and engage in corresponding securities activities.
In 2020, the qualification examination time for securities practitioners will be March 28-29, May 30-3 1 day, July12, August 29-30, and June 165438+ 10.

To sign up for the qualification examination for securities practitioners, you must meet the following three conditions:
1. Deadline for registration 18 years old;
2. Have a high school or national recognition equivalent to a high school graduation or above;
3. Have full capacity for civil conduct.

Article 9 The public offering of securities must meet the conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations, and shall be reported to the securities regulatory authority of the State Council or the department authorized by the State Council for registration according to law. Without legal registration, no unit or individual may publicly issue securities. The specific scope and implementation steps of the securities issuance registration system shall be stipulated by the State Council.
In any of the following circumstances, it is a public offering of shares:
(1) Issuing securities to unspecified objects;
(2) More than 200 people have issued securities to specific objects, but the number of employees who have implemented the employee stock ownership plan according to law is not included;
(3) Other issuance acts as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
Non-public issuance of securities shall not be carried out by advertising, public persuasion or disguised publicity.
