According to your own room type, after submitting the application, the bank will review the real estate agency and guarantee company, and will report the applicant's information and other information to the housing provident fund management center for review. The audit time is generally 40 days.

3. If the application is approved, the provident fund management center will notify the applicant and sign a loan contract with him.
