The association is composed of a board of directors, an executive committee, a project department, functional departments (office, liaison department, network information department, finance department), activity departments (field department, birding group, roots and shoots) and member center (1).
The Board of Directors is the guidance and supervision body of the association, responsible for supervising the daily work of the Executive Committee and providing appropriate guidance for the operation of the association.
(2). The board of directors has a permanent chairman and several directors, who are elected by the old executive committee and the senior members of the green team at the same level during the annual election change, with a term of one year.
(3). The board of directors has an overall grasp of the overall direction of the association. If anything or a decision is not in line with the purpose and direction of the association, the board of directors has the right to put forward opinions, criticisms and cancellations.
(4). When the Executive Committee cannot effectively lead the daily work of the Association, the Association Council has the right to reorganize the Executive Committee.
(5). The specific functions of the Board of Directors will be formulated at the beginning of the establishment of the new Board of Directors.
(1). The Executive Committee is the specific operating organization of the association and is responsible for reviewing the activities of departments and groups and guiding the development direction of the green team.
CEO: Responsible for the daily management and operation of the association, coordinating the formulation of the association's annual plans and summaries, and is the representative of the Green Team's external image.
Project Director: Responsible for the management and planning of regular on-campus projects and summer projects of the Green Team, and recommending project leaders. The Project Director is the ex-officio representative of the Director of the Green Team Project Department.
Inspector General: Responsible for supervising the work of each department, project, and team, responsible for the development of the training team, and participating in the formulation and improvement of relevant rules, systems, regulations, etc. for the Green Team.
(2). The new executive committee members shall voluntarily sign up for the current term, be elected by voting at the general meeting of the executive committee members, and shall be finally appointed by the board of directors.
The term is one year and can be reappointed.
However, it shall not exceed two terms, and the change of term shall be at the end of the first semester of each academic year.
Functional departments and activity departments are permanent organizations of the Green Team (collectively referred to as regular departments). The ministers of each department are recommended by the former ministers and members at that level voluntarily sign up. They are voted on by the department general meeting and finally submitted to the executive committee for approval.
Regular department job responsibilities: "Yuzhong Campus" (1). Office: Responsible for Green Team information, member files, Green Team bookshelf, office fixed asset management, and the design and sanitation of the Green Team office.
And is responsible for meeting minutes in each meeting, and is responsible for collecting records and reflections of various departments, groups, and projects for archiving; (2). Liaison Department: Mainly responsible for external liaison and internal liaison, and external liaison is mainly for establishing and updating relationships.
Produce database and monthly reports, push Green Team activity updates, undertake general reception matters, and try to establish cooperation with corporate foundations.

(3). Internet and Information Department: Responsible for event publicity and recording, news reporting and network construction.
Unify the management of the Green Team's website and office computers, and be responsible for the publicity and reporting of Green Team's activities, and send association information to members, other societies and people from all walks of life through the Internet, be responsible for the design and production of association promotional materials, and be responsible for the promotion and reporting of the Green Team's activities both inside and outside the school.
The media promotes and reports the event.
(4). Finance Department: Responsible for the association’s fund raising and management, regular accounting and publicity of accounts, and guidance on project applications and budgets for activity departments and groups.
(5). Bird Watching Group: Responsible for the daily bird watching activities of the Green Team, cultivating birders for internal and external exchanges on campus, and responsible for the rental of telescopes and other bird watching equipment.
Organize routine bird watching, bird watching camps and bird loving week promotion activities, and receive bird watching enthusiasts from other schools to communicate with each other.
(6) Roots and Shoots: Organize a series of activities of the Green Team from three aspects: environment, animals and community.
Responsible for the promotion of animal protection and environmental protection, recruiting volunteers for stray animal rescue stations, organizing environmental education, and organizing members to care for and express condolences to the community.
And organize environmental protection experience exchange and sharing activities.
(7). Wilderness Department: Responsible for winter training training projects, and assists the Inspector General to take charge of the training team, conduct field survival ability training for members, and manage the green team's field equipment.
(8). Biodiversity protection group: Insist on exploring the protection of endangered species and explore feasible plans for the protection of endangered species in the five northwest provinces.
Adhere to the improvement of water resources conditions in Gansu, adhere to the recycling of usable items on campus, and host large-scale activities related to recycling.
