Wang Shu 1983 graduated from the Department of Economics of Peking University, majoring in World Economics (Grade 79). He once taught in the Political Department of Southwest Normal University in Chongqing and the School of Economics of Jinan University in Guangzhou.

1993- 1994 joined Guangdong international trust and investment company, and served as deputy manager of securities department and manager of fund management department (manager of "Guangxin Fund" listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange).

1995- 1996 was transferred to the Southern Finance Company under the People's Bank of Guangdong Province as the general manager of the fund management department (the "southern fund" manager listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange).

1996 10 10 joined IDGVC in October, and used to be the managing director, vice president and partner of IDG Guangdong Pacific technology venture capital company. In April 2006, he joined CDH Investment, participated in * * * and launched a venture capital fund.

Mr. Wang Shu joined the company in April 2006. Prior to this, he was the general manager of IDG Guangdong Pacific Technology Venture Capital Company and a partner of 1996 IDGVC, during which he presided over several investment projects including Kingdee Software, Tencent, Bangxun Technology, Dongfang Tong and A8 Music.
