According to Article 43 of the Securities Investment Fund Law: The fund manager shall conduct fund raising within six months from the date of receipt of the approval document.

If the fundraising starts more than six months ago and there are no substantial changes in the originally approved matters, it shall be reported to the securities regulatory authority of the State Council for filing; if there are substantial changes, the application shall be resubmitted to the securities regulatory authority of the State Council.

The time when ChinaAMC Strategy Select Flexible Allocation Hybrid Fund was officially approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission was: May 8, 2008, and six months later it was November 8, 2008.

So under normal circumstances, Huaxia will launch the fund before November 8 this year.
