According to the general situation of the unit receiving the support from the Provincial Natural Science Fund in 2020-2022, the number of general funds that can be declared by each supporting unit is allocated. Support the development of key basic disciplines such as mathematics and physics, and the projects declared under the classification of mathematics and physics disciplines are not included in the number limit declared by the unit.

N2023 = (N2020+N2021+N2022)+5+X. Among them, N2023 is the largest number of general projects supported by provincial natural science foundation in 2023 except mathematics and physics. N2020, N202 1 and N2022 are the general projects approved by the Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China in 2020, 202 1 and 2022 respectively (subject to the approval notice). "5" is the guaranteed number, which ensures that all supporting units can declare at least 5 items. "X" is an additional number.
