After passing the assessment, the Lanzhou University Calligraphy Research Institute and the Gansu Provincial Calligraphers Association will jointly issue a completion certificate.

It is regarded as one of the conditions for joining the Gansu Provincial Calligraphers Association.

2. Upon completion of the second calligraphy advanced training class of the Gansu Provincial Calligraphy Association, students who are rated as outstanding students (accounting for about 30% of the total number of students) and are not members of the Gansu Provincial Calligraphy Association are qualified to join the Gansu Provincial Calligraphers Association

The Gansu Calligraphers Association was formally established in August 1980, and the Gansu Calligraphy Award Fund was established in 2004 to reward those who have made outstanding contributions to calligraphy creation and theoretical research.

The Gansu Calligraphy Association now has 73 national members and 913 provincial members.

The current chairman is Zhang Gaiqin, full-time vice chairman Zhai Wanyi, and secretary-general Lu Xuejun.

For more than 20 years, the Gansu Calligraphy Association has organized more than 100 large-scale exhibitions of various types, which have had a wide impact.
