Introduction: Fenghuang County No. 4 Middle School, referred to as "Fenghuang No. 4 Middle School", was founded in 1957. It is located on the Lianhua Mountain of Jixin Town on the bank of the beautiful Wanrong River, known as the "Weiwen Township".

The school has a well-established reputation and profound cultural heritage. It is the hometown of Xiao Jimei, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and vice chairman of the China Doctoral Foundation, and his hometown. It is the alma mater of Cai Xingmin, a Chinese-American aerospace doctor, and the cradle of Tan Biyou, a doctor of Renmin University of China.
