1. China Social Welfare Foundation is a national public offering foundation registered and supervised by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. China Social Welfare Foundation was established in June 2005 14, formerly known as China Social Welfare Education Foundation, and was renamed "China Social Welfare Foundation" on July 2005 1 15 with the approval of the Ministry of Civil Affairs.

2. China Welfare Foundation for the Disabled was established as a national public offering foundation on March 1984 with the approval of the State Council. The purpose of the Foundation is to promote humanity, offer love and serve the disabled wholeheartedly. The idea is "collecting goodness", that is, collecting humanitarian love and being kind to life in the world. The goal is to build an open, transparent, efficient and highly credible charity organization.
