2. After issuing the net worth assessment report, the fund manager needs to convene a meeting of the board of directors or fund share holders to formulate the renaming plan and obtain more than two-thirds of the votes. Evaluate the net value of the fund and obtain the consent of the fund manager and the fund custodian.
3. Submit an application for fund renaming to China Securities Regulatory Commission, and change the fund contract after approval.
4. The name change of the fund shall be indicated in the submitted documents, and it shall be publicized three times in China Fund Newspaper. During the publicity period, the Fund will be renamed within 150 days without any investor's objection.
