The standards for the use of medical insurance funds mainly include:

1. Expenditure scope: The medical insurance fund is used to pay the medical expenses in medical insurance coverage, including outpatient service, hospitalization, medicines, diagnosis and treatment, examination and surgery.

2. Reimbursement ratio: the reimbursement ratio of the medical insurance fund shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national and local regulations and shall not exceed the prescribed maximum reimbursement ratio;

3. Reimbursement limit: the reimbursement limit of the medical insurance fund shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national and local regulations and shall not exceed the prescribed maximum reimbursement limit;

4. Reimbursement method: The reimbursement method of medical insurance fund shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant national and local regulations, and generally adopts real-time settlement or post-payment;

5. Use management: The use of medical insurance funds should follow the relevant national and local regulations, and medical institutions and medical personnel should conscientiously perform their duties to ensure the safe and effective use of funds.

When conducting supervision and inspection on the use of medical insurance funds, there shall be no less than 2 supervisors and inspectors, and they shall show their law enforcement certificates.

When the administrative department of medical security conducts supervision and inspection, the inspected object shall cooperate with it, truthfully provide relevant data and information, and shall not refuse or obstruct the inspection or make a false report or conceal it.
