The project personnel of the National Social Science Fund under research (including those who have been funded by the National Social Science Fund as the project leader, but have not obtained the conclusion certificate issued by the National Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Sciences before the deadline for the application of the National Natural Science Fund in that year) cannot apply for the National Natural Science Fund project, and the conclusion of the National Social Science Fund project requires a copy of the conclusion certificate, which is submitted as an attachment together with the paper application, otherwise the form evaluation is unqualified. An applicant who has applied for the national social science fund project in the same year may not apply for the national natural science fund project as an applicant.
