2014 August 13, the first national defense education foundation was established in Shanghai. Shanghai Qin Hui Industrial Co., Ltd., Shanghai Huadong Electric Group and some financial institutions in Shanghai donated money to Shanghai National Defense Education Foundation. It is reported that the foundation will first fund the national defense education project of Shanghai's famous anti-Japanese sites.
