First, the written test is followed by an interview. The written test consists of two reading comprehension, 20 multiple-choice questions and a composition, and the difficulty is about CET-3 or CET-4. After the written test, the manager will have a group interview. The interview will introduce yourself first, and then the manager will ask some questions according to your social practice or campus activities. Then I heard that the person who interviewed recently had to measure the typing speed (our group didn't), and then maybe give the interview results on the spot, or go back and wait for the phone call first. The whole process is not difficult. As long as you pass CET-4, you can be confident in the interview. The company is short of people recently. Good luck ~
