Gaolongwan is one of the famous tourist attractions in Hainan Province. Gaolongwan faces the vast South China Sea. Soong Ching Ling Statue Scenic Spot
Soong Ching Ling was born in Wenchang, Hainan, where his great-grandfather, great-grandfather and grandfather all lived for three generations, and his father Song Yaoru was born in 186 1. To commemorate the profound influence of Soong Ching Ling and her family in the modern history of China, Wenchang County People's Government restored Soong Ching Ling's ancestral home 1985 and converted it into a quadrangle. With the support of Soong Ching Ling Foundation and friendly people at home and abroad, the Qingling Exhibition Hall and the Soong Ching Ling Botanical Garden have been built one after another, and a white marble sculpture of Soong Ching Ling with a total height of 3.2 meters has been erected in the north of its ancestral home. Qingling Exhibition Hall is a quadrangle-style ancient building, displaying a large number of historical photos and precious cultural relics, which vividly and accurately reproduces Soong Ching Ling's glorious life.
General Zhang memorial hall
General Zhang Memorial Hall is located in the south of Wenchang Middle School in Wenchang County. It was built in 1992 to commemorate the birthday of General Zhang100th anniversary. The memorial hall is east-west and covers an area of 7962 square meters. It is 8m high and12m wide. The top is divided into two layers, decorated with bright green glazed tiles. In the middle of the gate is engraved with six golden characters of "Zhang Memorial Hall" with Nie's title. Between the gate and the showroom is a bronze statue with a total height of 8 meters.
The vivid image shows its overall style. The pedestal is engraved with the gold inscription "General Zhang" inscribed by Peng Zhen. The showroom behind the bronze statue displays historical photos, charts, paintings, manuscripts and objects, which systematically introduces Zhang Guanghui's life. The whole memorial hall is self-contained, with strict layout, lush green grass, flowers and trees and elegant environment.
