The Institute of Computer Application of Hunan University of Technology is directly under the leadership of the School of Computer and Communication of Hunan University of Technology, and its services are under the jurisdiction of the Science and Technology Development Department of Hunan University of Technology. The Institute has undertaken more than ten national, provincial and ministerial projects, such as the National Natural Science Foundation project "Research on Software Dynamic Evolution in Open Environment" and "Research on Text Digital Watermarking and Text Information Security". The Institute has a software development department, which is mainly responsible for software development in horizontal projects of the Institute and software implementation in scientific research projects. At present, there are 6 doctoral professors, 4 national certified system analysts and 4 senior programmers. We have developed MIS system, industrial control system and e-commerce system under various platforms.
The system integration department of the institute consists of experienced network engineers and system management engineers. The system integration tasks undertaken by this department include from microcomputer to minicomputer platform, from WINDOWS, nt to UNIX system, from local area network to public service networks such as enterprise campus network, campus network and wide area network, and it has rich experience in system integration and system maintenance.
