1. First open the homepage of Jingdong Finance, and click to enter the small vault of Jingdong, as shown below.

2. Then click the bill in the upper right corner, as shown in the figure below.

3. After entering the billing page, click All in the middle, and then click Unfreeze in the drop-down box to unfreeze the vault, as shown in the figure below.
