2. Within the scope of the repair fund, the owners whose exclusive parts account for more than two-thirds of the total area of the building and more than two-thirds of the total number of owners discuss the application claims and determine the entrusted agent who will handle the application procedures of the repair fund in detail;
3. The property management enterprise arranges to draw up the application plan;
4. The property management enterprise holds relevant materials and requests the fund withdrawal from the local city and county real estate. In the meantime, if the public housing repair fund is used, it shall request the fund withdrawal from the public housing repair fund;
5. The municipal and county real estate authorities may be responsible for handling the special repair fund for public residences, and after reviewing and agreeing, they will announce the transfer of the special repair fund for residences to the special account handling bank;
6. The special account handling bank will transfer the special repair fund for the required residence to the repair unit.

Owners of residential properties, non-residential properties in residential quarters or non-residential properties connected with a single residential building structure shall pay special maintenance funds in accordance with relevant state regulations.
