68) and the "Notice on Further Standardizing the Management of Open Recruitment Examinations in Provincial Public Institutions" (Heihei Shehan [2011] No. 616) and other documents, the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Health decided to openly recruit staff for directly affiliated public institutions from the public.

The relevant matters are now announced as follows: 1. Introduction to the recruitment unit (1) Heilongjiang Provincial Center for Disease Control, which is responsible for business and technical guidance and services in the fields of public health, disease prevention and control in the province, and is a public institution fully funded by the provincial finance.

(14) Heilongjiang Provincial Institute of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Provincial Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Diabetes Research Center, a provincial key discipline in cerebral palsy rehabilitation, with an affiliated hospital, a scientific research and medical unit directly under the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Health, and a fully funded undertaking by the provincial government
