1. Driver access standard
(1) Age: 22 to 60 years old.
System mandatory: all drivers who join the platform will automatically cancel their contracts and quit after their age exceeds the standard.
(2) Driving experience:
Express: More than 3 years driving experience.
(3) quasi-driving type:
C2, C 1 and C 1 or above, registered vehicles (designated as drivers) meet the driver's permitted driving type.
(4) Driver background check:
Cooperate with relevant state departments to carry out the following strict examination and screening during the driver access examination, and exclude people who may threaten the safety of passengers from entering the platform.
(1) Three proofs to verify the truth
Verify the authenticity of the applicant's ID card, driver's license and driving license.
② Criminal record screening
Those who fail to pass the criminal record screening system will not be allowed to enter. This work will be implemented in March. (See the attachment for the criminal record screening system)
③ Drug abuse and psychiatric screening.
Applicants who are drug addicts or mental patients and have not been cured will not be admitted.
(4) Traffic violation records and major accident screening.
Applicants whose traffic violation score reaches 1 2 within1year, or who have a major traffic accident within 3 years, will not be admitted.
⑤ Physical examination
It is planned to implement the induction and annual physical examination system for special car drivers, and give medical examination subsidies. You can't enter until you pass the medical examination.
2. Vehicle traffic standards
(1) Vehicle age (vehicle age) requirements
Express train: you must meet the vehicle registration period of less than 8 years before you can enter.
System mandatory: the express train that joins the platform will be automatically banned from exiting after its age reaches 9 years.
(2) Vehicle registration information requirements
Express trains applying to join the platform need to provide photos of vehicle driving license, photos of vehicle license plate and vehicle identification code.
(3) Vehicle insurance requirements
Express trains applying to join the platform need to be insured with compulsory insurance according to national regulations, and special cars need to be insured with commercial insurance according to the types and quotas required by the platform.
Didi is a platform express user, providing comprehensive accident insurance in addition, with a single insurance amount as high as 65,438 yuan +0.2 million yuan. The insurance covers Didi drivers and all passengers.
3. Driver and vehicle safety management system
(1) Pre-job Training System
When applying for upgrading a car, the applicant must participate in offline audit and pre-job safety service training.
(2) monthly safety training
Popularization of general safety knowledge of special vehicles, typical case analysis, major accident notification, etc.
