What does ETF interconnection mean?
ETF, also known as Exchange-traded Fund (ETF), is an open-end fund that can be traded on an exchange. Domestic ETFs are basically some market index funds or industry index funds. Simply put, interconnection is the mutual flow of funds between Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges. It is a channel and mechanism. Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect means that qualified ETFs of Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong exchanges will be able to trade with each other from July 4th.

What conditions do you need to be included in the interconnected ETF fund?

1. The listing time is more than 6 months, and the release time of the tracking target index is more than 1 year.

2. The average daily assets in the last six months are not less than HK$ 654.38+07 billion.

3. The constituent stocks are mainly Hong Kong stocks.

4. It is not a synthetic etf, leverage or reverse product.
