First, as long as it meets the conditions for withdrawal of provident fund, it can be withdrawn from different places.

Two, workers to extract housing provident fund, must provide my identity card, housing provident fund extraction application, and provide relevant certification materials according to different extraction conditions. If you entrust others to withdraw money on your behalf, you must also provide the original and photocopy of the trustee's ID card.

Three, workers purchase, construction, renovation, overhaul occupied housing, should provide the following materials:

1. When purchasing a commercial house, a purchase contract (or real estate license) and a purchase invoice (more than 30% payment) must be provided;

2. To buy a second-hand house, you must provide the real estate license, deed tax and transaction fee invoice;

3, the unit to raise funds to build a house, must provide a detailed list of housing allocation or purchase agreement and payment receipt;

4, because of the city construction demolition and purchase, must provide the demolition certificate, compensation calculation table and payment invoice issued by the demolition department;

5, rural workers according to the planning and construction, renovation of owner-occupied housing, shall provide the approval of the planning and land departments at or above the county level "homestead use permit", "village and market town construction planning permit";

6, overhaul occupied housing, it shall provide relevant certification materials for overhaul.
