There are three subjects in the fund qualification examination. Among them, candidates only take two subjects. The first subject is examination, and candidates in other subjects can choose one of the two or three subjects.

(a) the fund qualification examination subjects:

1, subject 1 "fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms";

2. Subject 2 "Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Funds";

3. Subject 3 "Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds".

Among the above subjects, subject 1, Fund Laws and Regulations, Professional Ethics and Business Standards, is the examination subject, and subject 2, Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Funds and subject 3, Basic Knowledge of Private Investment Funds, are the elective subjects.

(two) the fund qualification examination qualified way:

The full score of the qualification examination of the fund is 100, and the single subject is 60 points. Candidates need to pass the exam of subject 1+subject 2 or subject 1+subject 3 before they can apply for the qualification certificate of registered fund through their institutions.
