The examination subjects recognized by China Fund Industry Association include subject I, fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms organized by China Securities Industry Association, subject II, basic knowledge of securities investment funds, subject III, basic knowledge of securities investment funds and securities market (these two subjects have stopped organizing examinations).
Those who have passed the basic knowledge examination of subject 1 and subject 2, or subject 1 and subject 3, or subject 1 and securities investment funds, or securities market and securities investment funds may apply to the Association for fund qualification registration through their local law firm.
Those who have passed the above-mentioned related subject examinations for more than four years and have not registered the qualification for fund practice need to complete 30 hours of follow-up training or re-take the qualification examination for fund practice in the past two years.
