The application version is the official version. Please read the guide carefully and fill in the application code. For employees with master's or intermediate titles, prepare two expert recommendation letters with senior titles according to the template of declaration notice, scan them, sign them and upload them to the attachment. If the degree is master's degree or below and the current senior title is not required, an expert recommendation letter is not required.

In-service employees with master's degree and intermediate or lower titles, who are currently studying for doctoral degrees, should prepare two expert recommendation letters and 1 tutor consent letters with senior titles according to the application notice template, scan and sign them, and upload them to the attachment.

Youth fund, general projects, key projects, etc. Appropriate scientific question attributes must be selected as required, including application code, start date, end date, research direction, reporting date, base, supporting unit and department.
