Charitable organizations that have been registered in accordance with the law for two years can apply for public fundraising qualifications from the civil affairs department where they are registered.
The civil affairs department shall make a decision within 20 days from the date of accepting the application.
Charitable organizations that meet the conditions of a sound internal governance structure and standardized operations will be issued a public fundraising qualification certificate.
