Last year, I wrote my own 20 18 growth plan against Zheng Jie's template. Just now, I took a closer look and saw that I really grew and improved, and more importantly, I didn't insist on changing myself! Ok, let's start my comeback!

About work

20 18 interior design work ability and performance have been improved. More importantly, the mentality has improved, and I no longer only care about the so-called achievements. Of course, this is also very important. I just hope that I can progress and grow, I hope that I can improve myself, create better works and lead my customers and friends to a better lifestyle!

Sometimes I often lose sleep in the middle of the night for the details of one or two cases, but when the final effect reaches the satisfaction of customers and friends, I feel that everything is worth it! The road to hard growth is never easy, but I hope I can continue to stick to it!

About growth

The biggest growth this year is the growth of mind! You are responsible for your present situation. You didn't work hard enough five years ago to make you who you are now. I chose to leave the company in a daze and become a freelance designer. From my self-confidence to my anxiety and confusion, and now to my calm persistence, I have worked hard for too long to find my own way! Hug yourself first, then you can stick to it!

About learning

At the beginning of the year, I joined a professional soft-fitting course in Shanghai, learned professional soft-fitting knowledge, and strived to create a better family atmosphere for customers! I made friends with designers from different cities all over the country, and let them see more places worth learning and making progress. I bought professional lighting design books and didn't do much research. I will continue to strengthen them next year!

I applied for the Second Construction Project. I studied hard for more than a month this year and was busy finishing up. Naturally, I didn't pass the exam, but I was very happy to pass one of the three subjects. This year's task is even more arduous. I will travel in the other two subjects, starting with studying for an hour every day!

About family

After hard work, I gave up useless socializing, returned to my family wholeheartedly, and spent more time with my children. I also took my children to Shanghai Disneyland during the summer vacation, which is really a children's paradise. My children like it very much. It is worthwhile to exchange my child's hard work for her happiness! Unfortunately, I didn't fulfill my promise to my parents at the beginning of the year, and I didn't take part in a private day trip to Beijing. But I'm already planning a family trip to Chengdu during the Spring Festival. I'm not too greedy, I just hope everyone's family is happy!

About hobbies

A few days ago, I heard a few words from Chen Guo, a teacher from Fudan University, and I was deeply touched. I can't remember the exact words. If we are rich, we can live happily, but if we are not rich enough, please try to live a spiritual life. The pursuit of material life is endless, and the process from scratch can be long or short, depending on what kind of life you want! 20 19 I hope to cultivate one or two hobbies that can relax my mood, such as fitness, yoga, or study tour!
