The mortgage can be directly deducted from the provident fund. When the balance in the housing provident fund account is greater than the amount to be repaid, it can be directly deducted from the provident fund account. When the balance of the account is insufficient to deduct the repayment amount, the required repayment amount shall be deposited into the provident fund joint card. It should be noted that the deposit amount must be equal to or greater than the repayment amount of this period, and the amount of insufficient provident fund cannot be deposited.

There are two repayment methods for provident fund loans:

1. month equal principal and interest repayment method is a repayment method in which the total amount of loan principal and interest repaid by the borrower remains unchanged every month, but the loan principal increases month by month and the loan interest decreases month by month;

2. The monthly average capital repayment method is a repayment method in which the principal repaid by the borrower is fixed and the loan interest decreases month by month. It should be noted that the personal loan of provident fund within one year should be repaid in one lump sum at maturity; Personal provident fund loans with a term of more than one year shall repay the loan principal and interest on a monthly basis.

The housing provident fund management center shall set up a housing provident fund account in the entrusted bank.

The unit shall register the housing provident fund deposit with the housing provident fund management center, and go through the formalities for the establishment of housing provident fund accounts for the employees of the unit. Each employee can only have one housing provident fund account.

The housing provident fund management center shall establish a detailed account of employee housing provident fund to record the deposit and withdrawal of employee individual housing provident fund.
