Boyuan Foundation, officially approved by the Hong Kong government, is a non-profit public welfare organization with independent legal personality.
Boyuan Foundation aims at promoting academic and policy research, focusing on the medium and long-term issues in the economic, social and international relations of China. Boyuan Foundation advocates multi-disciplinary communication, and promotes the dialogue among scholars, government departments and business people with lofty ideals at home and abroad by sorting out problems, establishing a framework and seeking knowledge. Boyuan Foundation advocates innovative research mode, and is willing to build a platform for people of insight in various fields at home and abroad to explore and study major topics, and provide financial support and related services.
The activities of the Foundation include: organizing and supporting research topics, convening annual forums, organizing annual lectures and publishing monographs and essays. The foundation mainly organizes its own participation in research projects, and also provides funds to external research institutions and individuals to support projects that meet the research direction of the foundation.
