What is a placement fund?
Placement fund means that when a new fund is issued or the fund is split, the amount subscribed by investors far exceeds the forecast plan of the fund company, and investors can only get the corresponding fund shares according to the proportion of the new fund placement, and the remaining funds are returned to investors in the original way. Proportion of fund placement = restricted sales scale/total number of valid subscription applications during the raising period × 100%. Generally speaking, as long as the newly issued funds do not raise funds beyond the prescribed scope, the funds that investors apply for subscription will be fully confirmed; Once the upper limit is exceeded, the fund company will confirm the investor's subscription application according to a predetermined proportion, and only a part of the amount may be able to reach a transaction.
