Huamin Charity Foundation is a non-public offering foundation with independent legal personality approved by the State Council, People's Republic of China (PRC). The foundation believes that charity, as an idea, moral behavior and social cause, is the inevitable product of human development and social progress. Charity is not only a glorious public welfare undertaking advocated by the state, but also a noble act of social moral construction. Charity embodies a kind of transcendental love, which is essentially a moral right and obligation that everyone participates in and enjoys. The Foundation is committed to exploring and developing modern philanthropy with China characteristics under the conditions of market economy, adhering to the principles of honesty, professionalism, standardization, transparency and high efficiency, establishing a platform to reflect the social responsibility of enterprises and entrepreneurs, and promoting social harmony and progress through philanthropy. The property and income of the foundation are used for charitable projects and do not seek personal gain for any individual or group. With an original fund of RMB 200 million, the Foundation is the largest non-public charitable foundation in Chinese mainland.
Huamin Employment Assistance Project (referred to as "Dui") is the first project of Huamin Charity Foundation. At present, the employment situation of college students in China is still tense, and many college graduates face the risk of not finding jobs after graduation. The employment problem of college students, especially those with financial difficulties, has become a serious social problem that parents, schools, students and society care about. This problem is not only related to the vital interests of millions of poor students and their families, but also related to the future development of schools and education, and more related to social harmony and the future of the country. In this regard, I will try to use our meager strength to lend a helping hand to some college graduates with financial difficulties, strengthen their self-confidence and light up their future.
