Within 5 working days after receiving the materials, the following content will be reviewed in accordance with legal provisions and the charging standards set by the local price department, and the review results will be notified in writing to the traffic management department of the public security organ and the medical institution that handles the road traffic accident.

3. The relief fund management agency concludes: For those who meet the advance payment requirements, the relief fund management agency should transfer the relevant expenses to the account of the medical institution; for those who do not meet the advance payment requirements, no advance payment will be made and the reasons will be explained to the medical institution.

Motor vehicle drivers who violate road traffic safety laws and regulations on road traffic shall be given a warning or fined not less than 20 yuan but not more than 200 yuan.

Otherwise provided in this Act, in accordance with the provisions of punishment.
