Job responsibilities:

1. Plan all kinds of alumni activities that are conducive to improving alumni contact rate, and collect and sort out alumni information;

2. Understand the needs of alumni and contact them in time;

4. Discover and cultivate alumni activists, and constantly expand alumni network;

1, bachelor degree or above, good English;

2. Cheerful personality, good communication, cooperation and execution skills, able to work under strong pressure and willing to accept challenges;

3. Strong writing skills;

4. Goal-oriented, with certain teamwork ability;

Second, publicity and planning posts

Job responsibilities:

1, responsible for the daily publicity of foundations and alumni associations;

2. Responsible for the publicity and planning of large-scale activities organized by foundations and alumni associations and related organization and coordination;

3. I am responsible for publishing Siyuan magazine, Shanghai Jiaotong University school newspaper (alumni month-end edition) and Shanghai Jiaotong University alumni electronic information newspaper;
