1. First of all, the applicant needs to prepare his/her ID card, provident fund account booklet and bank card materials, go to Zhangjiagang Housing Provident Fund Management Center to collect and download the Application Form for Housing Provident Fund Withdrawal, and fill in the information as required.

2. Secondly, submit the completed application form and materials to the window of the housing provident fund management center, and the staff will check and review the application information.

3. After the final examination and approval, it will be examined and approved to decide whether to approve the exit. After the application is approved, the housing provident fund management center will notify the applicant to go through the withdrawal procedures and deposit the money into the bank account designated by the applicant.
