Templeton founded his own company-Templeton Dobro &; Vance. 1939, 26-year-old Templeton bought 100 shares of 104 companies with a loan of $0/00. In the following 25 years, Templeton founded the largest and most successful Templeton mutual fund group in the world, and sold Templeton Fund to Franklin Group in 1992.
