The financial department is the competent department of the rescue fund.

The local financial departments at or above the county level shall, according to the establishment of the relief fund, supervise and inspect the collection, use and management of the relief fund in accordance with the law, determine the management organization of the relief fund in accordance with the provisions, and assess its management.

2. What are the procedures for applying for road relief funds?

The application materials for road relief fund are as follows:

1. The relatives of the victims submit a written application for advance payment to the relief fund management institution;

2. The relief fund management institution concludes that those who meet the conditions of advance payment shall pay the funeral expenses according to the relevant standards within 3 working days, and notify the traffic management department of the public security organ handling the road traffic accident in writing; Do not meet the requirements of advance payment, explain the reasons to the applicant.
