Article 35 The ownership, use and transfer of intellectual property rights formed by general project research shall be implemented in accordance with relevant state laws and regulations.
Cooperative research agreement: there should be a copy of the cooperation agreement signed by both partners, and it cannot be replaced by a letter signed by only one party. The specific contents of the agreement should include: ① the content of cooperative research and the research objectives to be achieved; (2) The responsible persons and main participants of both parties; (3) The time limit, methods and plans for cooperative research; ④ Ownership, use and transfer of intellectual property rights; (5) Relevant budgets and other matters.
