According to the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of National Social Science Funds, the exchange and evaluation of the 20 15 National Social Science Fund Project started on April 8, 20 15 and ended on April 7, 20/kloc-0.

20 15 the list of annual projects and youth projects of the national social science foundation will be published in June10-June 16.

The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Work Requirements

The initial evaluation of communication is an important procedure for the annual project evaluation of the National Social Science Fund. The evaluation experts shall not disclose the evaluation to anyone in any way, and shall not copy, copy or keep the project demonstration (loose leaf) without authorization, otherwise the relevant parties will be held accountable and recorded in the expert's reputation file.

Second, the working procedure

1. All units should get the evaluation materials from the scientific research office.

2. Please contact the expert himself to find out whether the expert can finish the evaluation on schedule. If the experts can't finish the evaluation on time for various reasons, please don't distribute the evaluation materials, and contact the scientific research office to replace the experts before 0: 00 am on April 8.

3. Unpacking and packaging of bid evaluation materials shall be carried out by experts themselves. If there are any omissions or errors in the materials, please contact the Scientific Research Office directly.

4. Ask experts to carefully review the evaluation materials and score them.

5. After the expert review is completed, all the "Peer Review Opinion Form of National Social Science Fund Project" and "Project Design Demonstration of National Social Science Fund Project" (i.e. loose leaf) shall be put back into the special bag for raw materials and affixed with sealing strips, and the cover shall indicate the actual number of review copies.

Late projects funded by the National Social Science Fund are accepted and declared all the year round, and all projects are subject to exchange review.

It is planned to conduct centralized communication and review once in April (reported before March 15) and June10 (reported before September 15), and those who are overdue will be transferred to the next review batch.
