Rural credit cooperatives are local cooperative financial institutions of rural banks, which are managed with reference to the Commercial Bank Law. At present, the legal person system at the provincial and county levels is implemented. Zhejiang Rural Credit Cooperative was established in 1952. 1In July, 1996, it completely broke away from the administrative affiliation with the Agricultural Bank of China, and in April, 2004, Zhejiang Rural Credit Cooperative was established. Zhejiang rural credit cooperatives have gone through the historical stages of people's commune, poor peasants, agricultural bank and people's bank management. At present, Zhejiang Rural Credit Cooperatives have set up offices in 1 1 cities in the province, governing 8 1 county (city, district) rural credit cooperatives, rural cooperative banks and rural commercial banks, with more than 4 100 outlets and more than 50,000 employees. The rural credit cooperative system in Zhejiang Province has developed into a local financial institution with the largest number of outlets, the widest service scope and the largest capital scale.
