It should be the reason why the redemption money has not arrived.
If a redemption application has been submitted for your shares, the available shares will be displayed as 0 and no redemption can be submitted.
Or if these shares were purchased or converted on the previous trading day, they will generally be confirmed on T+1 trading days and redeemed on T+2 trading days.
