Based on the life characteristics of soldiers and military families, from needs analysis to plan formulation, the important life and health details of the whole family are integrated into military families.

The card integrates special medical and health services such as consultation hotline, annual physical examination, expert registration, rapid hospitalization, direct advance payment, and high-value insurance, effectively solving the life problems of "difficult and expensive medical treatment" for the families of officers and soldiers, and resolving

their worries.

In order to allow soldiers to serve in the army with more peace of mind, relieve their worries, and provide military families with more comprehensive health protection, Huijun Engineering and the central enterprise China Taiping launched a military family medical insurance service card.

Currently, all parts of the country can apply for a security card for children of military personnel. The specific materials to be submitted are as follows: 1. Apply to your military unit for a security card, fill in your personal information and submit relevant materials.

2. The main materials and copies of certificates provided: military children’s household registration book, ID card, military ID, child’s birth certificate, and child’s bareheaded photo.

The role of the family security card: Military family members and their children who hold the security card are exempt from registration fees, bed fees and heating fees. For outpatient treatment, only 20% of the personal payment is required, and for hospitalization, only 10% of the medical expenses are paid by everyone.

All other fees will be written off by the state.

In addition, those whose family conditions are particularly difficult can apply to the relevant departments for free medical expenses.

Article 20 of the "Regulations on the Management of Medical Expenses for Military Personnel and Their Families": Military family members who enjoy preferential medical treatment when seeking medical treatment in military medical institutions shall be billed according to the medical prices stipulated by the local price department, and are exempt from registration fees, bed fees, heating fees, and cooling fees.
