Article 30 The Municipal People's Government shall strengthen its leadership over the work of endowment insurance for urban workers, and set up an endowment insurance fund committee with the participation of labor, finance, auditing, planning, banks, trade unions and other departments to guide and supervise the management of endowment insurance funds in the whole city.
The municipal labor administrative department shall report to the endowment insurance fund committee on the endowment insurance for urban workers and the collection, use and management of the endowment insurance fund every six months. Late fees are incorporated into the basic old-age insurance fund. The overdue fine paid by the unit shall be charged in its own funds.
Article 31? Units and employees shall pay the basic old-age insurance premium according to the specified date.
