Cai Hongping: Male, born in 1954, from Hongkong, China, with a bachelor's degree. Mr. Cai graduated from Fudan University on 1988 with a bachelor's degree in journalism. Mr. Cai used to be the office director of Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited; Member of the Steering Group for Overseas Listing of China Enterprises of the State Council State Commission for Economic Restructuring and Chairman of the Joint Meeting of Secretaries of the Board of Directors of China H-share Company; Managing Director of Baifuqin Investment Bank; Chairman of UBS Asia; Chairman of Deutsche Bank Asia. He is currently the chairman and founding partner of Hande Capital, and serves as an independent director of China Eastern Airlines Co., Ltd., COSCO Shipping Development Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd.
