The multi-dimensional assessment and evaluation model selects a group of young students who are ambitious, interested, talented, have strong professional interests, scientific research ambitions, and hard-working spirit for undergraduate, master, and doctoral studies to provide reserve talents for major national strategic fields.
1. Leadership Organization The enrollment of our school’s strong foundation plan is the responsibility of the school’s general undergraduate admissions leadership group, and is organized and implemented by the admissions office.
2. Enrollment Targets and Registration Conditions Applicants in the provinces where our school arranges enrollment under the Strong Foundation Plan, meet the registration conditions for the 2020 National Unified Examination for General College Admissions, have excellent overall quality or are top-notch in basic subjects and are interested in engaging in scientific and technological work in related fields in the future.
All high school graduates can apply.
Candidates who apply for registration are divided into the following two categories: Category 1: Candidates with excellent scores in the college entrance examination.
Category 2: Candidates with outstanding talents and performance in related subject areas.
Candidates in this category must win second prize or above in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, and informatics (hereinafter referred to as the five major leagues) in the national finals of the National Middle School Student Subject Olympiad.
3. Enrollment Majors and Enrollment Plans Our school’s strong foundation plan recruits majors in biological sciences. Provinces that are not in the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination recruit science students; the subjects selected in provinces with the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination are physics, chemistry or biology.
The enrollment capacity of our school's strong foundation plan is 30 students, and the enrollment is open to Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei Province, Zhejiang Province, Shandong Province, and Henan Province.
The provincial enrollment plan shall be subject to the announcement of the registration system of our school’s strong foundation plan.
4. Registration method and selection procedure (1) Registration time and method From May 10th to 30th, candidates can log in to the China Agricultural University Strong Foundation Plan registration platform (/jcxkzs/sch/10019) and complete the online registration accurately and completely as required

Those who sign up for our school’s foundation strengthening plan are not allowed to apply to other colleges and universities at the same time.
(2) Candidates take the Unified College Entrance Examination (3) Shortlisted School Examination Methods The list of shortlisted schools will be announced before July 27.
For the first category of candidates, they must reach the first batch of undergraduate admission control scores. They are sorted from high to low based on the college entrance examination scores (excluding any policy bonus points). The shortlisted candidates for college assessment in each province are determined based on 4 times the number of our school’s provincial enrollment plan.
List (all candidates with the same score at the bottom will be selected); for the second category of candidates, those whose college entrance examination scores (excluding any policy bonus points) reach the first batch of undergraduate admission control scores can be shortlisted for school assessment.
(4) College Assessment The school assessment (including written examination, interview and physical test) will be conducted from August 1st to 2nd.
The interview adopts the method of "double random" drawing of lots by experts and candidates, and the entire test is audio and video recorded.
The school's assessment work plan will be adjusted accordingly based on the local epidemic prevention and control situation, and will be notified again at that time.
1. Written test: Candidates need to take a professional competency written test.
The written test is worth 50 points.
2. Interview: Mainly examine candidates’ ideological and moral character, academic level, physical and mental health, artistic literacy, social practice, innovative spirit, etc.
Candidates' comprehensive quality files are used as interview reference materials.

3. Physical fitness test: Test items include height/weight (BMI), vital capacity, standing long jump, seated forward bend, and 50-meter run.
If students apply to the school for exemption from physical fitness test due to illness or disability, they must submit a certificate from a Class III A hospital.

Candidates with the same comprehensive scores will compare the overall scores of the college entrance examination (excluding any policy bonus points), Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages, and comprehensive science (hereinafter referred to as comprehensive science) subjects in turn; Comprehensive reform provinces use high school academic level examinations in physics,
The highest score among the three subjects of Chemistry and Biology is regarded as the comprehensive score of science.
Under the same circumstances, priority will be given based on physical fitness test results.
For Category II candidates whose comprehensive scores reach the minimum admission score for Category I candidates in their province (autonomous region, city), they will be admitted.
The China Agricultural University General Undergraduate Admissions Leading Group examines and approves the pre-admission list of the Strong Foundation Plan according to the admissions plan, and reports it to the provincial admissions offices for review and admission procedures.
Our school will announce the admission list and publicize the admission standards before August 5.
