Employees who entered the unit after January 1, 2022 or resigned before January 6 are not within the scope of this declaration.

2. The application time is from December 15, 2021 to March 6, 2022.

3. Determination of the wage base for contributions 1. The employer shall declare the annual wage base for contributions in 2022 based on the average monthly wage income of employees in 2021.

2. Employees who are identified as grade one to four disabled due to work and receive disability allowance on a monthly basis shall use the disability allowance as the basis to declare the payment wage base within the upper and lower limits of the payment wage base.

3. The composition of the base for payment of wages shall be implemented in accordance with the "Regulations on the Composition of the Total Wage", the "Notice on Issues Concerning the Standardization of the Base for Social Insurance Premium Payment", and the "Supplementary Opinions on the Issues Concerning the Standardization of the Base for the Payment of Pension Insurance" and other regulations.

4. The lower limit of the monthly wage base for corporate social insurance contributions in 2022 is 4,250 yuan, and the upper limit of the wage base for corporate social insurance contributions is temporarily 21,821 yuan.

5. Application method 1. Units that have opened the "online declaration business" can apply through the online service hall of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security.

2. Units that have not opened the "online declaration business" need to bring relevant declaration materials and USB flash drives to the comprehensive teller window of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Business Comprehensive Service Hall to declare.
