Second, the self-examination situation and existing problems

After self-examination by business departments and relevant units, the above-mentioned funds have not been intercepted, misappropriated or illegally spent, and the accounting treatment is relatively standardized, and the reimbursement information is complete, which meets the requirements of various fund management measures. 1, the progress of individual projects is slow, which makes it impossible to make reimbursement and withdrawal, resulting in the funds not being in place in time.

2. It is difficult to get the matching funds in full. The water-saving renovation project in irrigation area needs a large proportion of local financial support, but due to the financial difficulties in our county, the proportion of supporting funds for the project is low.

Third, the rectification measures

First, the existing problems have been notified to the relevant project units and responsible persons, and rectification and improvement have been made within a time limit to prevent similar problems from happening, so that the project funds can play their due benefits.

Second, actively deepen the construction of financial projects, increase fiscal revenue, arrange project matching funds in full and on time, and completely solve the problem of insufficient matching funds. At the same time, projects that need more matching funds will be implemented according to their own capabilities.

(2) Because the expenditure scope of employment subsidy is too narrow and the annual balance is large, the center's salary is paid from the previous year's balance, resulting in imbalance. I hope that the expenditure scope of employment subsidies can be appropriately expanded.

Although the special rectification work has made some achievements so far, there are still some problems: First, some units think that the special rectification work is just a formality and not enough attention. Second, although various cadre policies and regulations are distributed to all units, the publicity and implementation efforts are poor. Third, there are not many effective innovative ways for each unit to carry out special rectification work.
