The installation, modification and maintenance of elevators must be carried out by the elevator manufacturing unit or the unit entrusted by it and agreed in the contract and licensed in accordance with these regulations. Elevator manufacturing units are responsible for elevator quality and quality problems involving safe operation.

The construction unit for installation, renovation and maintenance of special equipment shall inform the safety supervision and management department of special equipment of the municipality directly under the central government or the city divided into districts in writing before construction.
