Orally administered, the usual first dose for adults is 200 mg, followed by 100 mg every 12 hours.

You can also take 50mg orally every 6 hours after the first dose.

It is well absorbed orally and is not affected by food and can be taken after meals.

General infections: Adults take 0.2g orally for the first dose, then 0.1g every 12 hours, before or after meals.

Systemic therapy for acne: Take 50 mg orally once, twice a day, for 6 weeks as a course of treatment, and the longest course of treatment can be up to 12 weeks.

For gonorrhea: 0.1g each time, 3 times a day, 10 days as a course of treatment.

The oral dose should not be too large and can be taken after meals.
