From 2065438 to May 2006, patients aged 0-25 who were diagnosed with cerebral palsy in the hospital filled in the registration form and submitted information. The staff of the "Angel Action" project will review the registration information and materials, and patients who meet the rescue conditions can receive a maximum of 20,000 yuan of surgical assistance.

Recipients:

1, patients with cerebral palsy aged 0-25 diagnosed by the hospital;

2. The patient's family income meets the poverty relief conditions;

3. The patient's physical condition has short-term rehabilitation potential;

4. Twin (multiple births) cerebral palsy twins in poor families are preferred.

Amount of assistance:

Patients who meet the funding conditions will be given a one-time operation fee of 3000-20000 yuan, and the maximum funding will be 20000 yuan depending on the complexity of the operation.

Children's Hospital Affiliated to Capital Children's Research Institute and its affiliated hospitals.

Information submitted by patients or relatives-customer service call back, preliminary examination-fund call back, audit-arranging hospital and rescue assistance.
