It is 8 meters high and made of masonry and cement. The bottom is a pentagonal base, and the tower is a quadrangular pyramid. The top is decorated with red five stars, and the words "Chen Guang Martyrs Memorial Tower" are embossed on the upper part, and the deeds and local leaders are engraved on the lower part.
